Getting Started
1. First Time Login
When you first receive your account credentials, log in using your username and password. You'll be prompted to change your password on first login for security purposes.
Tip: Choose a strong password with at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.
2. Update Your Profile
Navigate to your profile page to update your personal information, upload a profile picture, and configure your preferences.
Go to: User Menu → Profile
3. Explore the Dashboard
The dashboard provides an overview of your current projects, pending tasks, and recent activities. Familiarize yourself with the navigation menu and available features.

Frequently Asked Questions
You can reset your password by going to Settings → Change Password. You'll need to enter your current password and then your new password twice to confirm. If you've forgotten your password, contact the system administrator for assistance.
When creating or editing an SWA, you'll find upload buttons for documents and photos. Click the upload button, select your files, and they will be attached to your submission. Supported formats include PDF, DOC, DOCX for documents and JPG, PNG for images.
If you encounter an error, try refreshing the page first. If the problem persists, take a screenshot of the error message and contact the system administrator with details about what you were doing when the error occurred.
Navigate to the Reports section from the sidebar menu. Select the type of report you want to generate, apply any filters, and click the export button. You can export reports in PDF or Excel format depending on your needs.
Yes! The system is fully responsive and can be accessed on smartphones and tablets. Simply open your mobile browser and navigate to the system URL. The interface will automatically adapt to your screen size.
The system sends real-time notifications for important events like new project assignments, SWA approvals, and status updates. You'll see a notification badge in the header. Click the bell icon to view all notifications. You can also configure notification preferences in your settings.
